Fantasy Fudge

3 cups Sugar
3/4 cup Butter
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
12 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate Pieces
1 (7 ozs) Marshmallow Cream
1 cup Chopped Nuts
1 tsp Vanilla

1. Combine sugar, butter and mink in saucepan
2. Bring to a boil for 5 min, remove from heat
3. Stir in chocolate pieces till melted.
4. Add marshmallow, nuts and vanilla.
5. Beat until blended pour into greased pan (13 x 9)
6. Cool, cut into squares
